TREATMENTS
Running analysis combines a physical assessment with video review of your running technique, to identify what's driving pain, inefficiency or injury risk — and coaching to help you address it.
The session covers your running history, footwear and training plan, a physical assessment of strength, flexibility and movement, and a video-recorded running analysis — usually on a treadmill — reviewed together in slow motion. You'll leave with specific feedback on your form and a tailored exercise or training plan.
